"Adam promised a quick turn around on the appraisal that he initiated on September 20 by visiting the home to be appraised and picking up payment of $250. He stated to the owner that he hoped to get it to me by September 22. I needed it by September 28. In my inquiry of September 27, he said that he would finish it that day.
