"I paid $5,500 to repair my chimney problems. The work has not been completed, and the work so far has been appalling! I paid cash, and I am a senior. The manager I dealt with lied to me. I had an appointment for over a week. She called me yesterday morning the day the tech was to arrive and said I needed to speak to him. Arsly told me he could not come until next Monday. I gave them the chance to make this right and they have not. I asked if the techs had green cards. English was not great AND, I demand to see their credentials! What chimney master drills into a solid fire brick to install a damper wire. It was so tight I could not move it so a friend had to move it for me. I still have smoke in my basement which was supposed to be rectified as well! The techs left large metal parts and trash all over my yard. I have filed charges with the Attorney General of PA and the PA State Police for theft! I am a senior, this is illegal!"

"I called for a free estimate, Justin came promtly and inspected the chimey. He showed me pictures of the problems and spelled out all the options. I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. To my surprise he said that he could do the job that day. He kept sending me pictures as the work progressed so I knew exactlywhat he was doing. He was professional and honest about what needed to be done. I was more then pleased with him and the company. I highly recommend .Chimneys are us."

They cleaned up the construction site every day before they left. The machinery were covered and all the tools were put away. Bryan came often to supervise the job and give instructions. He communicated with me before, during and after the entire process. Bryan is also a very good adviser, he had elegant architectural ideas. He helped me to chose the materials and recommended the right plants and shrubs for the landscaping. I have and I will continue to recommend this company to neighbors, friends and family.
