Haley and her team at Tamed Spaces are lifesavers. I've always found organization to be difficult and things became harder for me after Covid when I began to work from home. I had no definitive office space in my small apartment but within six hours Haley and her crew turned my spare bedroom into not only a functional office but also a comfortable little guest room using furniture and objects I already had since my budget was tight. I was even to get rid of years of paperwork I didn't need. I had no idea that professional organizing was even a thing until a friend recommended her to me. I am really pleased with her work and have even been able to have my friend from out of town stay with me for a weekend. I am hoping to have Tamed Spaces come back to help me with my bedroom and bathroom in the near future. If you haven't hired a professional organizer yet, I highly recommend it

She worked wise with her work and was very efficient. She organized, she didn't mess around. She didn't follow the hours of working to complete the project. I was told that I must pay $35 to Angi's list. That was being charged by Angi not her. That was the agent fee apparently that I was paying to Angi. Nowhere, on the website did I find the fee that I was going to be charged. When I searched on the website under the FAQ and searched how much does angi cost. Is it free? The answer was YES! It is $70 an hour with a one time $35 fee from Angi's list. This is her text "I can be there at 2:45" She arrived at 3:15 then she worked up until around 5:30. I was charged for 3 hours. Then she said if I need to come back tomorrow which was the second day Saturday, Jan 28th for an hour then I will just do it for another 20. So she arrived the next day and instead of 6:00am she arrived at 6:10am, 10 minutes late and she works til about 8:30 when I stopped her. I said this is already gone to far please stop and then she added everything up then she said it is $385. When I balked she told me that she discounted already an hour or so. Everything is verbal. She charged me from 6am to 7am

"The owner (Eric) personally came to our home to give us an estimate for the move which was very accurate. He also was available by phone and email to answer questions I had while we were packing. We packed most items ourselves but had them pack a few difficult pieces such as large artwork, televisions and numerous ceramic planters and pots, which all arrived undamaged. On the day of the move, his employees arrived on time and quickly and professionally loaded all of our things into the trucks (they used 2 for our move). They also emptied out our storage unit that day. During transport, the supervisor, Chris, kept us apprised of their progress and confirmed what time they would arrive at the new house the following morning (we drove up there after they left). At our new home, the unloading was very efficient. I cannot stress enough how impressed we were with the careful way they brought everything into the house and placed it exactly where we wanted it, rugs, furniture, boxes, etc. This included putting an antique desk back together, patiently moving a refrigerator into a tight hallway without damaging the doorway or walls and carrying a LOT of things up 3 stories. The 3 staff who handled the unloading, Chris, Larry and Jeff were really great. Polite, professional, patient and nice. All full-time employees of company, experienced and it was obvious they knew exactly what they were doing. It was a pleasure workings with them. Having them move our items turned out to be the least stressful part of moving 250 miles away! I would very highly recommend Eric's Moving with absolutely no reservations.

"I wanted an old deck demolished and a new one built. I had called several different people to give estimates and Ceccola was one of them. Chris was the only one who showed up with all the information he would need ahead of time. He knew, which I did not, that the existing deck never had a building permit nor was it to code. It was much too close to the property line. He didn’t take any measurements or really discuss what I wanted done. He was concerned with making sure I could do anything at all considering all the existing problems with the original deck. He contacted the town and it ended up that for $50.00 I could get a variance if I brought the deck one foot further away from the property line then the original one was, which I was very happy with. He came back and went over materials and measurements. His estimate was right in line with the other estimates and considering how prepared and knowledgeable he was when he came out; I wasn’t going with anyone else. They started the deck on a Monday and worked between raindrops. It took a day to demolish and the rest of the week to lay the foundation. On the following Monday the inspector came and approved the foundation and they finished it that week. It is beautiful. Exactly what I wanted and not one penny more than the price he gave me. No hidden charges. His team was great and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend him for your projects.
