"Nothing bad to say In the past I did a number on my wall hanging a T.V. on it thinking this is easy. Spent 2 years looking at a screen that had a slight tilt to the left. I never got over it ,it always bothers me. And when I mover the movers took down the t.v. and mount and laughed at the amount of holes in the wall Not to mention I had to pay to fix it out of my security deposit. One of the movers recommended mounts r Us so figured why not just make my life a bit easier. It was easy I made the call schedule a text to come out The job was don't in less then an hour Nice guy who obviously knew what he was doing. Now I can sit and watch a straight and level TV with no wires hanging all over the place. This is definitely worth the cost of service. "floors were done very professionally and fast considering only 2 workers came to do the job. I had a carpet order as well but for some reason that installation was scheduled with the floors, so i had to follow up and finally scheduled it. Normally they contact you with the date and time but now one did. So it was good that i called because they had me scheduled on a random weekday and no one would have been home."

"Jonny was very good at communicating. Our stamped concrete garage floor and basement came out great. Picking out the right concrete coloring product took some time. My only advice is to always see a concrete sample with the color and the look you want before having the concrete color applied to the actual floor which is what we did before giving the final go ahead on the concrete coloring phase. Jonny always showed up to to the job when he said and he was always on time. He is very responsive through phone calls and texting even on the weekend. His crew he uses for large jobs were also great people and do excellent workmanship as well."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
