"We did one lawn care application for this customer and 2 tick control applications. After one lawn care application, early in the year before weeds were up, we received a call to complain about weeds (not about damaging the lawn) - we offered a free service call to take care of the weeds but they cancelled the lawn care and said to continue the tick service. After the tick applications we sent many emails (9) and left voice mails. Since there was no payment for 3 months we told them if we did not receive payment within the week we would send them to collections. We did. This is why they have written this review. They called the office, threatened our office assistant and said they had to talk to the owner right away but he was not in the office. They used profanities and were rude and threatening. The owner called them back within 30 minutes and we told them that they have been cleared of their collections status because they did pay. We are sorry that the customer is so upset. Customer service is a top priority here as you can see form our other reviews. We do however expect to be paid for the work that we do."
