"I was very impressed with Seth and his crew! We had a horrible water situation in our basement (bought an older home and the first heavy rain revealed serious water issues! ugh!) and knew it needed a serious solution if we wanted to be able to use our basement for storage. Seth provided a free quote and even suggested additional solutions with pricing options. He communicated with me quickly by text and took the time to explain every step of the process. At the end of each work day, he would walk me through all the work that had been done that day (again, answering any of my questions). The guys worked hard for four days, in some pretty hot and humid conditions! I chose Better Basements & Beyond because it is a local company (not some big box company just out to make a buck) but also because Seth actually does the work himself (again, no fancy representative doing a sales pitch who doesn't get his hands dirty). They did an excellent job on the installation and were helpful in explaining how the system worked. They went over all the components that they installed. From what I can tell, they did a neat job. They had to break a window to vent to the outside. They didn't clean up the broken glass on the outside of the house, but it was probably just an oversight."

"I can't say enough about how prompt, efficient and professional Eric, Adam and all of the team from Midstate Basement Authorities have been. When our basement flooded, I called Midstate and Eric and Adam were here the next day. I had a proposal in 2 days and they were here to do the work within a week of my signing the proposal. He was there the next day and worked out a solution that also solved my long standing problem with the water flow from our gutter downspouts. Eric quickly designed a drainage system that will finally solve all of the drainage problems on our property.

"It went fantastically well, It did not take him long to find the problem and then solve it. He came in and look under the sink. Went under the house found the pipe shook it and said here is the problem. Hr removed a section of the pipe and found the stoppage removed it , repaired pipe and sink workes like new. Very knowledgeable and professional."
