Bill's Plumbing Heating & Air

I was getting frustrated with big heating and AC company - they wouldn't show up and problem was not fixed. I got Bill's name from a friend of my daughters and he was there that day. Evaluated the problem - contacted the manuafacturer - they sent a part overnight delivery and Bill and his partner Dustin put it in and everything works great! Reliable and knowlegeable - what more can you ask for..

Four days before Christmas my boiler went. I called on a couple contractors, but was eventually referred to Bill's by a coworker. He got me a quote quick for a new boiler install including an additional 10 foot run of baseboard heating, which was much needed. The guys were there on time, worked hard and got the boiler installed and everything up and running in just a few hours.

Bill did a great job.  He priced the job in a reasonable price range and stuck to it.  He finished the job in just a couple of days.  He installed a 3-ton central air system from scratch.  Everything has been working great with our system.  He was a good guy to work with and very responsive to questions.  The job from start to finish went according to plan.
He is someone that I would recommend for other jobs.  We would use him again.

When we put an addition on we decided to go with central air.  We settled on Unico.  After it was installed the installer was back many times and money to try and balance the system. 3 years ago I went higher up to try and fix the problems.  He won't return or answer my phone calls.  The company keeps putting me off.  We have window air conditions which is what we were trying to get away from.  I had recommended him to others and they say they didn't have a good experience either.   We can't have they system cleaned of the mouse droppings and urine because it's lined with fiberglass.  Other companies who do Unico don't want to bother with someone elses screw up or want what I already paid to fix it.  Unico had better start choosing who represents them better.

Update:  The Unico Company is going to help us get it right.  Issac's in Big Flats will help with the install.  Hope to have it up and running by the end of July.

Update:  The Unico Company said they would send out the parts list I sent them.  It is now end of October and still no parts.
