"I would give a 0 if I could. Most disrespectful customer service. A delivery driver hit my mailbox. In order for that company to repair it, I needed to get a quote from a contractor. This company replied back "Wait..just a simple post? Iam a Mason. That is something a 12 year old can do". Thats unacceptable period."

Gray Construction was established in February of 1988. The company was started with only a vision and a few hand tools. One of those tools was an old sledgehammer that was passed down by my great grandfather. He used that sledgehammer to drive railroad spikes into wooden sleepers during railroad construction. And in our humble beginnings we used that same sledgehammer to break up concrete. Today we use jack hammers with pneumatic concrete breakers on the machines. We have come a long way. "I was so impressed with Gray Construction! Kent responded promptly to me and came to the house to discuss what I had in mind, offering suggestions and providing a fair estimate for the work. Even more surprising, he scheduled and completed the work within a two week period! He and his team did an exceptional job, leaving my property better than they found it, even completing a few small tasks outside of their scope of work for me. Highly recommend Gray Construction!"
