Quite creative as well, displaying impressive skills in problem solving with this specific job. Needed a custom section of wood floor trim to be used as a carpet transition strip, between a bedroom and the hallway, where an old seam would no longer stretch long enough to hide the seam itself. Simon created the transition strip on the spot with a sample of some wood flooring planks I had been holding as back up.
