"Well we were thrilled with his answering right away to our email. He came up the next day May 5th measured our driveway. Told us he'd be in touch with his estimate. May 8th he sent us estimate we hired him. May 16th my husband email him for a date when he could start. He said he'd let us know. "My driveway had a patchwork of remaining coal tar sealant. I elected a petroleum based sealer believing it would penetrate my asphalt driveway better. While the sealer appears to have done this, the sealer leaves a bright sheen where ever it was sprayed over the old coal tar patches. This has left a non-uniform appearance. In retrospect, I would have liked a more uniform, flat black appearance. The product may work better on driveways that don t have variations in previous asphalt sealant coatings."
