ECL is a licensed Pennsylvania contractor and a grower of native and fine ornamental nursery stock. We occasionally use subcontractors and currently employ 14 employees. Our PA trades license number is PA033245. ECL practices eco-friendly sustainability through the use of organic fertilizers, soil conditioners, and composts. This company replied back "Wait..just a simple post? Iam a Mason. That is something a 12 year old can do". Thats unacceptable period."

Three months later, the air filtration system remains unusable, electrical hazards persist, and no restitution has been made. What an exhausting mistake at a deeply personal cost. "

We had been looking for a company that I felt comfortable doing our spray foam insulation in the completely un-insulated attic space for a few weeks before I found Robert Keeney from barrier spray foam and I am extremely glad that I was able to find them because I could not be more pleased with the service and the quality of the work that they produced. Robert was incredibly efficient, showed up exactly when he said he would to do a free estimate, he was very good at explaining the R values and the percentage that they would actually insulate the space and what his recommendations are and for that I am extremely grateful. The other companies that we had to quote did not go into this level of detail! Barrier spray foam helped me to feel very comfortable that they were doing everything they could to make sure that the work that was done was what the space needed, and the quality was top notch. We received their very reasonable quote exactly when he told me I would, and not once did I feel that communication was lacking. We were scheduled quickly and on the morning of the assigned day Robert and his crew showed up promptly, they had everything they needed to start work very quickly, they all wore masks and were very respectful of our space and putting down tarps to cover everywhere that they walked.
