"They did a great job, however I agree that his responsiveness is lacking and he is very difficult to get ahold of. I know a few people who had negative experiences but for the price and his quality, I think he is worth it. Moreover, he painted my whole living room by himself in just 4 hours with 2 coats of paint and it came out great. You should know, when they mention 8' of wall, they count it from the ground up and not from the molding up. I was charged an extra $120 for an additional 4" of wall space which was not painted since it was covered by the molding. No big deal, but just be aware."

"They are a nice provider. I talked to them on the phone for about 30 minutes and they sent some samples. We were able to get a discount on designer purchases but not useful on designing the space. Once we told them what we wanted, they were able to help purchase from the warehouse and save about $1,500. I think they became too busy with this big deal. You buy a ticket per room and we still actually have a couple left with this provider. After redesigning one room, we kind of ran out of steam and have not designed the other rooms. Overall this is a good service and it's a good concept. Whomever I spoke with, she was really nice. I would recommend this provider. This kind of service seems to be for people with time and knows exactly what they want. They are super helpful with the designer discount from the warehouse. They don't actual design your room which is slight flaw."

"To date this contractor has performed very well. The job is not finished yet, waiting for the counter top to be installed. Once installed the contractor will finish. The contractor has worked around our needs to have a minimal impact due to the kitchen under contraction. Workmenship is excellent. Just finished the project except for two stand-a-lone cabinets. (These cabinets were returned because they were to wrong ones.) Contractor will return when they arrive. The kitchen looks great as does the breakfast area, hallway and entrance. Quality workmanship. Would hire again."

"I had my house windows CLEANED (inside/outside)--not repaired. The house is almost 30 years old and the windows (to my knowledge as 3rd owner) are original to the house. Premier came out and cleaned the windows as requested. After they left I noted some areas that seemed hazy on one side of the house. They returned to re-clean those windows in front of me (from the outside while I was inside), and it was clear that it wasn't their products nor cleaning ability but the age of the windows that had a haze that could not even be scraped off. I was satisfied with their patience and professionalism in handling my return request. I would hire them again."

There were also stains that had been in my home since I moved in about ten years ago that I was unable to get out when I had my carpets cleaned perviously. Neil came over to give me a quote and was compassionate and understanding. He told me he would do his best to get all of the blood and urine out and would even try and get the old stains that had been there for several years. The job he did was nothing short of miraculous!!! He got all of the stains out including the old set in stains that my previous carpet cleaner was unable to remove. My carpets have NEVER looked so clean and he even got the odors to come out of my carpets. I would highly recommend this company as their service was unbeatable and their prices were fair.
