SKIP is a cooperative effort between the SKIP Board of Directors, the Schuylkill County Board of Commissioners, the Schuylkill County Solid Waste & Recycling Coordinator's Office and the people of Schuylkill County. SKIP coordinates with legislative, governmental and civic organizations throughout Schuylkill County to effect the growth of an environmental ethic among its residents.
