"Discovered that the pipe from the upstairs toilet had sprung a leak after 60+ years--into the downstairs bathroom. Tony and Brian replaced the pipe and replaced the damaged ceiling tiles downstairs. While they were here they also attended to things I'd put off--replacing the flapper in the downstairs toilet, replacing the shutoff for that toilet (didn't know it leaked a bit until we turned it on fully). For example: the unit was being installed in a garage/workshop. When asked my opinion on some duct work that had been installed, I replied that it looked real good and added why be so picky since it was in a garage.
