It's like sometimes they have to return to make sure that it closed because they figure the garage door was left open, but I did close it before I left. Several minutes later they come back saying it was closed. and then I got a message saying my garage door was left open."

The girl I spoke with was very explicit and gave me all of the information I needed to compare them to other security companies. I did not go with them simply because I didn't care for the way it would be connected to my existing box. It is simply a matter of preference. I would recommend them to anyone.
