He offered good guidance and a firm fair quote for replacing locks on our storm and entry doors. "I really don't like that much, but it's okay. I just think that the contract is too long for what they offer. All of their equipment is falling off the wall, it's like you install it yourself. Then I get an alarm on the garage door that says it is closed. It was open and had a delay on it. It's like sometimes they have to return to make sure that it closed because they figure the garage door was left open, but I did close it before I left. Several minutes later they come back saying it was closed. and then I got a message saying my garage door was left open."

I can tell he has diverse skills. I found him when I was looking for someone who does construction, but he is more of a jack of all trades. My windows ended up not being standard and needed leveled... the brace equipment was insufficient, but he had a perfect solution and made quick work of ensuring the bracket fit securely.
