They didn't have the one part that was needed with them, but tracked one down from a local supplier and completed the job in only one visit. My mother is older and was very happy with the customer service and the overall professionalism on the worker who was sent out to our home.

I was very disappointed in the cost of this project. I was charged $150 for the tech to just tell me what was wrong with my hot tub, a cracked pipe and dead outlet. He was unable to fix it because he's not licensed as an electrician in Philadelphia. After hiring an independent electrician (for another $125), Honey electric returned to fix the cracked valve. He charged an additional $260. which was outlandish. Other professionals I've hired through Home Advisor take into account their first visit in the final cost, not almost double it. Had I known he would have overcharged me so much I would not have hired him. More importantly. he should have been up front with me about the cost.

He showed up to the project on time and was very efficient. Since this was a maintenance job and the whole house generator was operational prior I do not know if the work was different from other professionals. However, he did explain all the work that he performed and did a complete explanation of what I should do going forward. He also recommended having my unit serviced once a year in order to reduce the cost of doing the service less frequently.

He came out and went right to work. Explained what he did and what I can do in the future. Second time to use him. His prices are fair and he shows you what he did.

Mr Honey was polite and professional. I had used him to repair my old generator several times. I suggested a new generator and his quote was reasonable since I had already gotten one from another big BOX store.
