This helped avoid all the 'supply chain' issues of the pandemic. It may mean waiting - but when you're dealing with NO kitchen /bath - you want the job done as quickly as possible. The delays we dealt with were more part of the process than gaps in scheduling due to poor management of contractors and crews. That also made the entire process less stressful.
