It also seemed like we talked more about financing (they do internal financing) then we did about the actual addition. Definitely was a turn off but I did not write them off until they never contacted me again.

"The designer was always very attentive when I contacted him and would answer (in detail) the numerous questions I would pose. The two contractors who showed up at my home were just as professional and pleasurable to work with. over the course of the week they were coming to my house, any ideas or suggestions from either side were always hashed out as they would materialize and by the end of the project, the end project was essentially exactly as I'd constructed it in my head. The only slight con to the end result was more-so of my own doing than anyone else's, where the light fixtures I'd purchased for the replacement did not come with rods, so a couple of the pendant lights hang crooked."

"We are so happy with the work of WilMarc Construction- we have had them do two major home remodels for us- both times, Willie came out and listened to our ideas and what we had in mind and then gave thoughts of his own (which were always better than ours) and the results were both beautiful and reasonable. Our first project was redoing a kitchen and we had thought an extension would be best and he came up with a more economical solution to combine a couple of rooms, change windows and location of the bathroom. He always did what he said he was going to do and didn't overcharge. Our last project was just finished- installing hardwood floors and redoing two upstairs bathrooms. When we started pricing out flooring at a couple of flooring places, we realized it would be better to ask Willie his opinion and get an estimate and we ended up doing two bathrooms as well as the floors and replacing the stairs--all things that needed to be done for a reasonable cost. "Gino was excellent to work with. Unlike other construction companies we had called for estimates, Gino returned my calls quickly and always arrived at our home when he said that he would. He answered all of our questions. He went above and beyond by completing some tasks that he did not charge us for. He continually kept us informed regarding the status of the work on our home and updated us as to additional things that needed to be done (i.e., the roof was old and we ended up having to replace most of the plywood).
Additionally, the job was completed in 2 days, which was faster than the one week estimate that he had originally given!
