They took down walls and reinforced floor joists and installed header beams. All throughout he was professional and so easy to work with. He has a fully comprehensive showroom- one stop shopping! He even does his own stone counter tops, so no waiting long stretches for another contractor. A big renovation requires putting a lot of trust in your contractor. To have someone who does what he says he'll do, sticks to his prices, and you can trust in your home while you're not there went a long way for us. Once we contacted Mangone Contracting, we had a meeting at our home within a day or so and drawings within 24 hours of that meeting. We had a bedroom and bathroom added to the second floor of our home and it turned out wonderfully! Another great thing is they did it for right around what the estimate was written for. (Price and timeline) The whole team was very good at meeting our requests and even came out on a weekend (within 30 minutes of contact) to fix an issue we were having with our breaker box after putting a new service in. They removed approximately 650 square feet tile from our floors. They also moved washer, dryer and removed toilet/faucet to do underneath.
