"Mike showed up and was very pleasant and was unable to complete the job of replacing a cartridge in my bathroom faucet because it was corroded. I have Moen , so I was able to get a new one at no cost and he said he would replace the faucet when it came in. I just needed to let him know when it came in. Six days later it came in and I called and he said he needed a few days because of gallbladder surgery. I called back 10 days later and he was in the middle of a project and asked me to give him a couple of days. I gave him 5. When I called he did not answer. I called the next day and again no answer. So I texted him a day later asking if he planned on coming back to finish the job I paid him for. He replied , I am sending you a check. After 5 days I texted him and said if he did not return my money I would contact Angi. He was very upset with me that and said not to threaten him and that the check was sent MINUS a 30% service charge. As of this writing I have NOT received a check."

Poor communication with this company and also the broom swept my basement I sm still trying to clean up the mess and it has been 2 weeks very disappointed ! I guess I should say buyer beware !!"

When Bill bid the job he made sure to tell me about how they are insured up to 2 million dollars Thst $100 dollars doesnâ t really buy a toilet and then the cost of getting someone to install it will be hundreds more for that reason of them not wanting to take care of what they damaged I would not recommend ABC to anyone they got their money snd could have cared less about my issue !!
