Instead of forcing a one-size-fits-all solution, he lended his expertise and creativity and together we came up with a workable, intuitive plan to solve a multivariable problem.  This involved accessing two different neighbors' yards, erecting scaffolding, working around inclement weather, and coming up with some solutions as new issues were discovered.

"Joe came out to evaluate a damp basement, some water after heavy rains.  Other contractors came out and assumed a particular foundation and charged according to that assumption.  Joe looked, took a second look then came back with tools to confirm his assumption that it was a different foundation than the others thought. This changed the pricing in our favor.  Work was thorough. clean up great.  I expected to clean up myself after all of the digging but the crew took care of it.  The crew was courteous, foreman Andy was attentive to all of my questions.  Joe displayed a great knowledge of basement waterproofing and I would recommend him to friends with the same problem.
