"Michael's Brick Pointing tackled a very challenging job outside our Center City, 3 story home.  The estimate was competitively priced.  Michael listened to our description of our unique water problems, and our particular masonry/stucco deterioration problems, and the very challenging solutions I felt were needed.  
Instead of forcing a one-size-fits-all solution, he lended his expertise and creativity and together we came up with a workable, intuitive plan to solve a multivariable problem.  This involved accessing two different neighbors' yards, erecting scaffolding, working around inclement weather, and coming up with some solutions as new issues were discovered.  
The crew was considerate, respectful to my wife and daughter when I was away, always willing to educate us about the process, and absolutely skilled and professional.  We had a great result with their work so far, and I recommend them without reservation.

"Randy was great and called me within minutes to get details on the project, then arranged to have Tony, one of their masons, come see it in person. "It went ok. Job was done as noted . There was one crack which either mixed up with hydraulic cement and grout. Floor was not cleaned up. There was a hassle to get the correct warranty which was promised. Not sure if I will use again"

Undiluted bleach may cause discoloration. You can use either Oxygen bleach such as OxiClean or chlorine bleach. Always wear protective gloves and eye protection when handling bleach.
