He attempted to reattach an electrical meter box with mere adhesive caulking. He was fired after having not shown up for 2 straight days and is attempting to keep over half of the down payment even though nothing was completed. He left wires hanging out of walls as well as left a toilet sitting on a bedroom floor. He was never punctual, his communication is lacking, and he has difficulty keeping his responsibilities straight."
