"Our new roof is great and we appreciate the rapid installation service performed, but we had a misunderstanding about 3 skylights that were replaced at $1,000 each. We believed they would be replaced 'good as new', but they would not do any of the interior work to clean up the installations which we thought they agreed to do when hiring them.
