"Fantastic work from start to finish. The owner, Len, was a pleasure to deal with on the front end. Len came out to my home for the free estimate and upon providing the quote, Len also scheduled the project. Two members of the VIP Grout and Tile team performed the work itself, which was a shower restoration project. They were professional and good guys. All loose, cracked and failed grout and caulk were removed and replaced. Mold that got into and behind the old caulk was removed. The shower went from a mess to looking brand new! Even cleaned the countertops and sink areas where some water had built up mineral deposits on the granite countertop. Reasonable pricing, too. Cannot recommend VIP Group & Tile Concepts enough. Stop reading this review and hire them ASAP."
