"I called them in May 2013 to have my gutter cleaned. They did it with a reasonable price, which was good. This year (2014) I called them again in late March to schedule the gutter cleaning. They returned my call, asking me to provide my home address, which I did. However they didn't not come to do the job until now. I called them twice last week to confirm if they are still going to do the job for me. They never returned my call since. Not sure what happened.
