Best upholsterers near Concord, PA

"Derek was a pleasure to work with. In addition to being honest and upfront about costs and conveniently picking up and dropping off the pieces, he took the extra time to help me decide on colors to refinish my moms childhood dressers for our new babyâ s nursery. He also ordered and replaced the knobs and handles for us. Overall, extremely happy with the finished product, would highly recommend for furniture refinishing"

"From the home inspection, proposal and completion of the work, Premier Cleaning and Restoration were complete professionals. We will recommend them to all of our friends."

"They did a great job, however I agree that his responsiveness is lacking and he is very difficult to get ahold of. I know a few people who had negative experiences but for the price and his quality, I think he is worth it. Moreover, he painted my whole living room by himself in just 4 hours with 2 coats of paint and it came out great. You should know, when they mention 8' of wall, they count it from the ground up and not from the molding up. I was charged an extra $120 for an additional 4" of wall space which was not painted since it was covered by the molding. No big deal, but just be aware."

"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

"Wonderful people!!! Did an excellent job on the carpet that was 24 years old and very dirty in some areas. Looks amazing now. Couldnâ t be more pleased"

"They are a nice provider. I talked to them on the phone for about 30 minutes and they sent some samples. We were able to get a discount on designer purchases but not useful on designing the space. Once we told them what we wanted, they were able to help purchase from the warehouse and save about $1,500. I think they became too busy with this big deal. You buy a ticket per room and we still actually have a couple left with this provider. After redesigning one room, we kind of ran out of steam and have not designed the other rooms. Overall this is a good service and it's a good concept. Whomever I spoke with, she was really nice. I would recommend this provider. This kind of service seems to be for people with time and knows exactly what they want. They are super helpful with the designer discount from the warehouse. They don't actual design your room which is slight flaw."

"I was able to schedule a next day appointment. The technician was very prompt and courteous. The cleaning of a sofa and four chairs was amazingly good."

"To date this contractor has performed very well. The job is not finished yet, waiting for the counter top to be installed. Once installed the contractor will finish. The contractor has worked around our needs to have a minimal impact due to the kitchen under contraction. Workmenship is excellent. Just finished the project except for two stand-a-lone cabinets. (These cabinets were returned because they were to wrong ones.) Contractor will return when they arrive. The kitchen looks great as does the breakfast area, hallway and entrance. Quality workmanship. Would hire again."

"Is. Good cleaning my house"

"I had my house windows CLEANED (inside/outside)--not repaired. The house is almost 30 years old and the windows (to my knowledge as 3rd owner) are original to the house. Premier came out and cleaned the windows as requested. After they left I noted some areas that seemed hazy on one side of the house. They returned to re-clean those windows in front of me (from the outside while I was inside), and it was clear that it wasn't their products nor cleaning ability but the age of the windows that had a haze that could not even be scraped off. I was satisfied with their patience and professionalism in handling my return request. I would hire them again."
