Their sales rep Andy Leach came out and was very professional and we could tell by the way we he spoke with us that he takes a lot of pride in his work and his company. We decide to use them based on this and the fact that they use higher end materials and offer a great lifetime warranty. It was a quick and efficient process. They came out to start our metal roof in under 2 weeks and was done in just a few of days with the roof and the 6 inch gutters we had them install. "This service was exactly what I was looking for.  I wasn't confident about choosing the new look for my living room.  I wasn't sure what my "style" was, and what would look good together.  I needed a consultant to let me know if the items I was considering would look good together.  Amanda called me and we talked about what I liked/didnt like.  She had me post pictures from Pinterest and Houzz of rooms I liked.  From that she was able to tell me what my style was.  She noticed things I never realized before.  For example I apparently picked the exact style couch in every picture I posted.  As I found furniture I liked I would send her photos and she would let me know if she thought they would go good together.  For example she recomended a different coffee table - i needed one that was more substantial to balance the size of the sofa.  She also helped me fine-tune the paint colors for my walls - I thought this was the hardest part of designing the room, but I love the results. 
I was basically looking for someone to guide my choices, but they will also modify their level of service depending on what you need (cost varies depending on service needed).

"Tech arrived within time frame agreed upon. He checked out thermostat. Found it defective and had to order replacement. Has not yet finished job, but i expect to hear from him as soon as he acquires replacement to schedule installation."

"It went perfect. Communication was excellent, I knew when they where coming, approx how much of the roof they where working on, and how long to finish. There was NO vulgarity at all during there time at my house. They where very professional. Price was far better than any other company that I had gotten quotes from. The work was completed in 2 days, they ran nail finder around the house and driveway, and there where none left after they left, also the extra material was left for me. Bradon also called about a month after the installation to make sure we where happy with the work. I would recommend this company."
