They were on it immediately and fixed it they rewired 3 outlets so they were working they patiently explained what had been wrong and what they had done to fix it. Very professional and efficient"

"I had a thermostat changed. Service was good. The thermostat according to the tech the charge was 65 dollars. He was here for hour and half maybe. We got a bill for $ 465 I called and questioned and was told they charge $125 dollars / hour, which was fine. I did not know they charge for travel time which by the way was hour and half. We were not told this pre Service. Needless to say we would never have given them the job! Also they charged me over $100 dollars for the thermostat! And it was a generic questioned them about that also and they said nothing! In other words too bad! Very very dissapointed in them and also myself because I was stupid, and feel very cheated."

It was the right call and I thank him for it as I would have just wasted a lot of money for something not needed. Another contractor may have just done the job, taken my money, and not looked back. I appreciate his honesty and opinions. Jason also gave me a price range and, when the job was done, came in at the lower limit he quoted. On the day of the job, the crew was right on time. Jason walked them through the job and left them to it. Billy and Anthony were very proficient and pleasant to work with. The installation was neat, up to code, and clean. They were in and out fairly quickly. Even though we talked a bit, they never stopped working or wasted time. Couldn’t ask for a better pair of guys on the job. Jason called when all was said and done to follow up. He made sure everything was to my satisfaction. I definitely recommend Jason and his crew from JDM Electric.
