I did some research and got several quotes before I decided on Kathy's Cleaning. Their fee was very reasonable. They knew we would be gone for an unknown period of time. It turned out to be 9 months. Over that period of time, they contacted me a couple of times to alert us to some problems that needed attention from other service sources. They came once a month to keep the house from getting dusty and neglected. The biggest issue was some mold growing on the walls in a couple rooms. When we got home we noticed the problem was, atleast temporarily, under control. Rich had taken the extra time on his own to clean up the mold. We were so pleased. I highly recommend these people. I would hire them again without thinking twice. Such a relief to be able to count on "strangers" to not just do a great cleaning job, but to look out for the place, as well! A huge thanks to this crew!

Very personable very professional

I initially thought they did a good job with the cleaning until I took a closer look and discovered a great deal that I was very displeased with. Kitchen counters were still dirty, they merely vacuumed around things without moving them, dusting was sloppy, and when I took a wet swiffer mop to the floors later that night that should have been cleaned that day - they were filthy! I had a list prepared for them when they arrived of what I wanted done. The list included wiping down kitchen cabinets and dusting the blinds. They looked at the list and said it was okay and they would handle it. The cabinets were not cleaned and the blinds were not done. I called Kathy as soon as I saw this and she then informed me that these services were part of the "deep cleaning" service and cost extra. There was no mention of this while looking at the list I had prepared. I told her that I was not happy with some things and that there needed to be some more attention given to detail. At this point, I was willing to give them one more chance with a rotating deep cleaning - routine cleaning schedule to see if that would enhance the service. I emailed Rich about a schedule and the services that would be provided, and he said he would email me back over the weekend. This was on a Wednesday, so I expected an email in a few days. The weekend came and went and the email never came. I waited another day or so and when there was no word from Rich I emailed him and asked him to cancel my service. He did not even respond to that email. All-in-all, I found the work to be more than questionable and the customer service to be horrendous. Perhaps I just got them on a bad day or week, but I will not be using them again and I cannot, in good conscience, recommend them to anyone else.

Very efficient

Rich was very responsive and did a great job getting our house and driveway washed. It looks brand new! He was easy to work with schedule-wise. The quality of work was very high. I felt he was honest and was really committed to doing the job well. Highly recommend Kathys cleaning, an honest, hardworking family business that made our life easier and our house and driveway look great.

They were here on time and did a very good job I would recommend them for everyone who needs powerwashing service.

Had one side of my house pressure washed to remove moss/mold build up. I am very pleased with Kathy’s Cleaning. She and her husband are very professional and efficient. I will most definitely use Home Advisor and Kathy’s Cleaning again.

I liked the job the cleaners did in my house from Kathy' s cleaning and asked them to come back all the time each month. As I said they did a very good job cleaning.

Two of the three people who came did a very good job, especially Missy. The other one not so much, but she no longer works for them. Kathy guarantees their work 100% and she backed that up.

Hand washed gutter and soffit and facia to removed fire damage soot and baked on residue. Cleaned windows at site.

Fast service. They were late, way past scheduled time (couple hours), did not call to inform me that they were running late. I had to call them. When they arrived did not apologize for being late.
