They work in conjunction side by side with Lake Effect owner/operators. We have many payment options including PayPal and accept all major credit cards. We normally would like 50% down a day or two before we start or the day of and the other 505 upon completion. We are running an indoor work promo for any work scheduled inside before 12-31-15. That is a 10% off offer. We also have discounts for senior citizens and veterans (7%). Only one discount can be applied per job.

We only subcontract plumber and carpet installers. We accept Visa, Master Card, Checks and provide financing.
