From the start, they were very communicative from when he'd have the estimate (we ended up getting that earlier than anticipated) to picking out fixtures to start date. As with any old house, there were some challenges with hidden things which added to the tasks needing to be performed. He told us about those as they came up and gave us the very reasonable estimates, if the issue required extra work. He was able to remove the build-out above the sink and rework the plumbing to vastly open up that space giving the appearance of a bigger, roomier room. We did a walk-through and got written confirmation of our punch list items. He gave us a date of when he'd be out to complete the odds and ends and was there promptly on the given day. We are very satisfied with the work he performed and especially with the communication. We never once wondered when he'd be there or what was going on with products being delivered, etc. We are very happy customers!"
