"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They came out to complete a soffit/ trim/ gutter job. They forgot a portion of what was supposed to be completed, the work they had completed was horrible with some end pieces not even closed off, if it was closed off they just used huge amounts of caulk to cover it. I called to tell them how bad it looked the next morning, I was asked to email pictures to be called back with “I’ve never seen a job done like that. I’m sorry, we will get a new crew out to redo the job.” Schedule the install to be done Saturday July 5th to only receive a call that their truck broke down (an hour after they were scheduled to be there) and they wouldn’t be there until later that afternoon or the next day. 7:30 Saturday night I get a call that they weren’t going to be able to make it due to the truck not being fixed. Rescheduled it for Saturday July 12th, we had already taken 3 days off of work between my husband and I for this job. I just got a call that they were wanting to move the install to July 11th using the same crew with no project manager scheduled to be onsite after I was promised a new crew and a project manager onsite due to HOW BAD THEY DID THE FIRST TIME. I was met with attitude and being told they would be there tomorrow with the same crew and they would “try” to have a project manager onsite. I was originally working with a nick who made all these promises and told me everything was set up and would be fixed, to find out today none of that had been set up and he would be out for a few weeks due to a family emergency. I understand he couldn’t control an emergency, but to be lied to repeatedly then passed off to another project manager that is rude. I will continue to spread word about how horrible this company is and not use them so no one has to go through the headache and hassle we did."

"Would not hire again. Did not properly install gutter leveling and did not properly install downspout. My downspout is facing my neighbors foundation. When I followed up and let Raymond know that my neighbor (who is way more knowledgeable about what downspouts and gutters should look like) was upset about the downspout facing directly into his foundation, he said he would come out and fix it. It’s been several weeks and no one has fixed it and now I’m getting no response. If the job would have been corrected, I wouldn’t be leaving such a negative review."

"Glen and his team did an outstanding job. Glen kept me abreast of the project by sharing pictures and negotiating reasonable rates for all the work completed. The finished project is phenomenal. The house is almost 100 years old and they were able to restore it to its original glory. The detail and care his team put into the project is appreciated. I would definitely recommend this company and I would also use them again."

"We were initially impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the sales staff. The job, was to repair part of our roof, make and install several gutters. However, the crew did not arrive as quickly as was implied and barely spoke english. (this made it hard, nearly impossible, to communicate). The workers, asked if they could use our bender machine, which was fine with us, since they did not have one. They worked that first day (10/31) then didn’t return for a month. We were told, this was because the gutter machine was broke. Again, the job was to make and install gutters. In the meantime, they left our roof partially exposed to weather, left two stacks of loose shingles on the roof, a rope hanging off the peak of the roof and didn’t even re-cover our equipment they used. (All of this was left like this for a whole month, exposed to the weather) in addition my husband had to go to the store and purchase supplies they didn’t have. After several phone calls and weeks passed they finally came back and completed the job to my husband’s satisfaction. The worst part was we couldn’t communicate with the workers on site, the best part was the lady in their office, Kathy, did go out of her way to help resolve our issues. She was great"
