"I called and the next day the sales rep came out to our building with samples to pick from and she was very informative about the products and professional. I had to call back in because i did not count the right number of windows to be done. And again the sales rep was accommodating and was able to add the windows 3 days before installing. Also was able to schedule a sunday Installation when the lab was closed. The installer was here early, very courteous , professional and efficient. I was able to leave him to do his work so i could get my tasks done also. Exceptional service"

"Sales process was good, courteous and helpful. Installation instructions were easy to follow. Did have a small issue with one sensor which was easily solved with a call. Control panel is easy to use and well constructed. Phone app is the best part. Not a big fan of a 2 year contract and the monthly rate feels a little high, but definitely a decent system. I had emailed them a question pertaining installing on double hung windows and never received a reply, but other than that their phone support prior to that was good."

Some companies offer lifetime warranties, while others may only provide a one-year warranty or none at all, so it's wise to verify this with your service provider. To prolong the film's life, clean it gently with a microfiber towel and mild cleaning solutions. Avoid harsh, abrasive, alcohol-based, or ammonia-based cleaners, as well as sharp tools or scrubbers, which can damage the surface.

Do not use Windex or any glass cleaner when applying window film. These products contain ammonia, which will damage the film. Instead, use the application solution provided with the installation kit. If there is no solution, make your own using 1 teaspoon of baby shampoo and a gallon of bottled water.
