Excellent service. Quick and great with communication! Updates on how things were going everyday since I was not home.

Paul responded quickly to my initial contact in which I explained what I needed and why I needed the work to be done quickly. He came out when he said that he would to give us an estimate. The work was completed the very next day. His work produced a finished product that easily passed the follow-up inspection by the FHA's representative and the buyer. The price quoted included his work and all materials. The final price was slightly higher because we had him add a little to the job. His increase in the final price over the quoted amount was extremely reasonable.
Paul called me as soon as he finished the painting to let me know that I could send out the FHA inspector. I was very appreciative of his knowledge about what the FHA would be expecting to have done. He understood that we were working with a very short window in which the work had to be completed so that the closing date for the sale could be met.
Paul was very pleasant to deal with and was professional at all times. Our experience with him was very limited but I would not hesitate calling him again.

My home had not been painted in years (7+). I thought it really needed exterior painting, particularly because two large columns that span two stories had paint that was starting to crack, etc. and also the bay window addition paint was in very bad condition (plus, the garage was definitely in need of some "TLC"). Paul was recommended to me by a coworker. Paul gave me a thorough, written estimate. (I was pleased that he stuck to the estimate. Not all contractors do that.) I signed the estimate and gave him a downpayment. In terms of payments, I gave him the first 1/3 to start, the second 1/3 in the middle, and the final 1/3 on completion. Paul accepts checks and cash for payments. He and his crew was always on time, hard working, and very skilled (they did a very neat job). They painted in very neat lines (nothing was messy at all). ... All in all, the house now just about looks brand new (it's an "older" home built around 1925). (The previous painter was not as skilled and the paint job didn't look at fresh. The previous painting made things difficult because it does not appear that the painter had done much in the way of priming the surface.) The neighbors like it (both in the front and in the back).

Paul promptly gave me an estimate in writing for a property that I own. (I already had him paint another property and so he gave me a price break.) I paid half down and half on completion. He estimated that the job might take a few days, but it actually took one day (albeit a very full day) with all of his crew (4 or 5 guys). They did a very neat job with painting the porch, front screen door, and windows. They also "fixed" the appearance of a window and door with some dark stain. They also stained a wooden railing in the front which had never been stained before (but obviously needed to be for protection from the elements). Good job with the staining in both instances. ... The home had not been painted in decades and it looks very decent now.
