Levelift Systems was founded in 1991 by Mr. Paul Mauer. Over the next twenty-three years, Mr. Mauer developed a highly respected specialty foundation contracting company, serving the State of Maryland. Unfortunately, Mr. Mauer died tragically in 2014. Levelift Foundations, LLC was formed as a means of keeping the core of Levelift Systems together and continuing to be a leading installer and foundation designer, for the CHANCE helical pier system, in the state of Maryland. Our certified helical pier installers are trained and certified by CHANCE® and we offer both residential and commercial foundation solutions in Maryland and the surrounding areas.

Estimates from several providers were all over the map, since some recommended extensive work involving the use of helical piers, and installation of a new concrete block foundation. Afterwards, they put the grass back that bordered my car-pad. Two men cleaned off my front porch. They cleaned up all debris in the street. Mickey (the owner), Nick (foreman) and Salena were very respectful to me. This job was worth the money! I referred this company to (2) of my neighbors."

This also went well and I appreciated that the workers were careful to avoid harming any of the 'plantitas' that were still coming in from the previous project.
