"My yard hadn’t been done in years. They cleaned it all up…along with landscaping and it looks fabulous !!!! My neighbors even hired them to do yard work for them. Excellent work !!!! Very pleased !!!!"

"We could no longer do our own yard work. The thing I appreciated is how fast Z&W responed to our message and came and gave us an estimate of what we would be paying for the landscaping. The estimate wa reasonable. They do good work and they are easy to deal with. I also like the fact they are trustworthy and show up on time. Keep up the good work Z&W."

"We hired JT Masonry to build a retaining wall, sidewalks, a basketball court, and to complete stamped concrete around our pool. Their work was simply stellar! They are very precise in all aspects, and worked extremely hard to make sure we were pleased with everything. They showed up on time everyday, we re very respectful, and left everything in the yard very tidy. We get many compliments about all of our concrete work from the many neighbors in our development. I would not hesitate to recommend JT Masonry to anyone. They will love the results as much as we do, I m sure!"

"I recently had the pleasure of hiring David and his crew - Martinez Landscaping for a comprehensive range of services, and I must share just how exceptional their team has been throughout every aspect of our projects. From installing furnaces and laying both sewer and water pipes to expertly handling our landscaping needs, paving a blacktop driveway, and efficiently managing dumpster and garbage removal, their versatility and skill have been evident. In addition to these services, Martinez Landscaping also installed a beautiful vinyl fence around our property, crafted a stunning patio, and performed meticulous ground leveling in our yard. They even handled some tree removal work with great precision. Every project undertaken was executed with utmost care and professionalism. Their attention to detail is commendable. They not only adhered to the scheduled timelines but also ensured that each job site was left spotlessly clean, treating our property with the respect as if it were their own. This level of detail-oriented service is rare and truly appreciated. The workers were respectful and courteous, contributing significantly to a smooth and hassle-free process. The end results of all their efforts have been nothing short of fantastic, leaving us thoroughly impressed and more than satisfied. Choosing Martinez Landscaping means opting for timely delivery, excellent service, and outstanding results. I wholeheartedly recommend them for any services they offer, confident that they will meet your expectations with the same dedication they have shown to ours. Truly, Martinez Landscaping does not just promise; they deliver excellence."

"Power washed entire exterior of my home, which is vinyl siding, including the deck and it looks brand new! Amazing job! Thank you!"

"They were here, did the job, and gone in one day. They took off the old shingle in the plywood and re-shingle it."

"I needed the steps to my front porch replaced. Sam quoted the job on a Saturday and assured me it would be done by the end of the following week. It was late November and the weather didn't cooperate but by Friday, the job was completed as promised. They did a great job and I am very satisfied with the new front steps."

"It all started out well after purchase of the initial Angie's list deal.  We promptly agreed on a date and a gentlemen came to measure and start the paperwork. Install date was set for 11/5/15. On 11/4, I was called about setting an install date.  My response was I already had one for the next day. Long story short, the company did not bother to tell me they had cancelled my appointment, they just acted like I never had one.  It was as though one side of the business did not know what the other side was doing. Since I made arrangements to be home on the 5th, I was not happy.  We finally settled on the 12th and the installation went smoothly enough.  However after completion, I noticed the installers had broken a piece of moulding in front of the patio door.  I know they realized they cracked it because they used clear caulk as a fix. I called the company and they said they would replace.  As of 11/30, the moulding still has not been replaced even though I was told the installer was picking up molding on 11/17.
I will say the person who came to measure and the lady who did the follow-up calling were professional. However, I can't say the same for the install side. The contact person was nice enough but he did not contact me to say the install was cancelled and to me it's taking way too long to replace the molding the installers broke.  I view it as a lack of integrity to cover up breaking the piece and not bothering to say anything to me.  The patio door is beautiful and I had planned to purchase a front door from them but have changed my mind.
