"Hired them for a basic residential addition foundation job and they completely screwed up every step of the process. They don’t know how to read plans or pour straight out flat foundations. They don’t pay their subs which is coming back on us now. They won't respond to any communications. A lien has now been filed on the project because of their lack of payment. Shocked at their ineptitude. Very friendly people, but they should not be construction business owners."

"Call for service to replace a washer on the cold water value. I was told the charge is 150 per hour and would only be charged for the time the tech was here. He arrived at 1130 am and left at noon. I was not only charged for the full hour, but the repair was not completed because the service tech claims the company does not supply the tools. I was as well charged a service fee for using a credit card and was not told of the fee until after the work was completed. Here the worst part. Not only did they not repair the cold water issue, but the broke the hot water valve. When ask about it, the Tech stated he was doing me a favor by finding another issue. The company will not respond to calls or letters on the issue. DO NOT use this plumber!!!!!"

Several signs can tip you off to a clogged dishwasher drain. However, take precautions, as boiling water can damage PVC pipes and joints. Follow up with ½ cup of baking soda and ½ cup of vinegar. Cover the drain with a small sink plunger and let it sit for 15 minutes. Pour boiling water down the drain again and replace the drain stopper.
