The owner, Dale is a real pleasure to interact with, he seems like more of a friend than just a repairman. He is patient, and really committed to solving your appliance issue. I would highly recommend Dale and his company, I AM VERY HAPPY that I found him, thank you Angie. Lastly I do want to mention that Dale and others on his team have a wide range of skills, I plan to hire him and one of his emplyees to put in a new bathroom floor for me.
