Although he does not live in our area, he agreed to come out and take a look, which was 2 days later and on a Saturday. We so appreciated this already extra effort after we learned Kyle has a young family. We reviewed what needed to be done. First and foremost was preparing a working bathroom, so Kyle carved out time in his already busy schedule the following Tuesday and did just that. He has been back to our home 3 times since and we feel fortunate to have him each time. He is smart, professional and his communication skills are excellent. He takes the time to listen and talk through alternative solutions with clients. In our home he has tackled many remedial projects including tile/grout, flooring, plumbing and cabinetry. Needless to say, we have been really impressed with Kyle, his experience and skill set and we highly recommend him!!!"
