Upon arrival they explained clearly the procedure and the tools they will be using. Throughout the procedure they were very polite and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. They reattached my airvents properly and took out some bad insulation. Also painted a fascia board damaged by squirrels and looked for other evidence of new damage. Also cleaned windows that are very large and some only reachable with a pole and brush system from ground 20-30 ft up.
