"He did a good job.  The guy knew what he was doing.  He had an issue with my dryer vent and his equipment getting hung up in it, and he ended up going under the house which I thought was above and beyond his call of duty.  So he resolved it and the work was done pretty fast, too.  I liked one thing specifically about what he did.  A lot of teams do air duct cleaning by hooking up vacuum cleaners to the duct but this company has a brushing system which loosens things from the pipes.  So the cleaning job appeared to be much better than it seemed in the past.  His demeanor was great.  He was very knowledgeable and friendly.  He was extremely committed to taking care of not just the letter of the invoice, but he made sure that everything I needed was taken care of.  I got the big deal offer for this service."
