"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

Ramseys blind cleaning started over 40 years ago as a full service dry cleaners. Run by Jim and Helen Eichman with help from their son Jeff it has changed over time to focus on window treatments until seven years ago when we decided to dedicate ourselves to the care of blinds. Jeff has been a window treatment installer and serviceman for a variety of other companies and cities for the past decade but is now taking over the family business. For Private individuals payment is due at the time of rehang. For Apartment complexes and Property managers billing is requested in 30 days of rehang date. To estimate cost for cleaning a miniblind measure the horizontal width of the blind and multiply by $.195 or 19.5 cents and inch Each vertical slat is $1.00 So a typical apartment of two bedrooms would have 4 blinds and a vertical blind with 25 slats($25) (1@70",2@58" 1@34")=220" * .195=$42.90 +$25= $67.90 I keep the most common size mini blinds and vertical blinds in stock and can often be installed as quickly as the same day. I can repair most window treatments and have parts for almost any repair.
