He listened to my request and came up with a design I love. Once I made a decision, then it took a week to make and a day to install. I appreciate the high quality work that went into fabrication, parts used, and the installation of this gate. The next day, Jim ran the needed tests, checked the operation of the system, and explained how to operate the gate including any challenges that might arise. I am receiving many compliments for this gate from my neighbors and passerby’s. The operation is super quiet and smooth. I appreciate the talent and knowledge that went into the making of this gate and the fact that I received a custom gate for a fraction of the estimated costs other companies quoted for a plain gate. He was quick to respond, great communication prior to beginning the job. On the day he arrived exactly on time and ready to go. He was completely prepared, took a few measurements, and got to work. "I was looking for someone to repair a leak where my patio cover met the wall of my garage. I had several estimates but chose this company because they were the only ones to "find" a soft spot in the rest of my roof that "needed" the plywood replaced. Their estimate was $1000 more than anyone else but I figured that was because of the soft spot repair. A $760 down payment was required to start the work. The contractors arrived, proceeded with the work, told me the soft spot was fine and didn't need to be replaced, and finished the next day. Nobody came to inspect the contractors work to make sure all was done. When the bill arrived, I went up to check the work and noticed that not everything was done and it still leaked. I sent a text message to the company. No response. I sent an email the next day and their representative came to my house and confirmed that not all the work was done and they would send the contractors out again,...but it would required another down payment of $1140 this time, even though it wasn't my fault their contractors didn't finish the job. The contractor showed up unexpectedly a week later; nobody had told me they would be arriving that day, and finished the job. The company only took $105 off the final invoice for not needing to repair the soft spot. I could've saved $1000 with someone else and probably had an easier time of it. FYI, this company only guarantees their repair work for 30 days. EDIT 04/24/2023: was offered a $500 refund to remove my reviews or change them to 5 stars. I canâ t figure out how to remove this one so I changed it to 5 stars. I need the cash to find someone else to fix the leak."

"The insulation went well! The installation team was able to get the job done in two business days. Especially when it's a hot summer, it's a relief to have a team dedicated to getting the job completed quickly and efficiently. There were a couple minor issues after install specific to condensation drainage, but the guys at Harvest Valley specialties where prompt with their replies and were able to resolve the issues the very next business day. The AC unit has been working perfectly ever since. I would recommend Harvest Valley specialties if you are looking for quality HVAC work."
