I called and he texted he would call me back that evening to schedule. He did not. I called him next day and he said his helper had died. Said he would call me on the weekend. That was two weeks ago and never heard from him. "

We are a small company started from scratch and working our way up. our goal is excellent customer satisfaction as well as great customer service. we are not here to rip off customers like some other companies, but to be better than competitive in prices with above average service. that is why i only charge overtime on sundays, instead of starting at 5:00 on weekdays and all weekend, and no double time on sunday as is normal with other companies. we are on call 24/7. i may not be able to come immediately, but will tell you the quickest that i can respond. emergencies take precedence over others, but i will never leave one job unfinished to go to another. i appreciate all criticisms. thank you for your consideration, but please keep in mind, i have to work a full time job to pay my bills at home, so my company is my second job. please do not expect me to leave my paying job to come to you, i will get to you as soon as possible.

We are a well established pool construction & pool and spa service center, we offer water testing in the store, and welcome troubleshooting questions regarding equipment and water chemistry with our customers. Our construction fees vary according to the work needed; jobs are bid, then completed per contract. We use licensed subcontractors, with established experience in pool construction. Service fees are $85. After the first hour, they are $85/hour. On site visit or on site troubleshoot is $49.95. If multiple visits are needed, i.e. parts are ordered, the time spent onsite is added together, rather than charging an additional service fee. Our service warranty is 30 days from initial installation. Warranty for the parts is provided by the manufacturer. We are a service center for Pentair Pool Products, Polaris, Sundance Spas, and Hot Springs Spas. Pool cleaning is bid per pool, most pools are $50 per visit. With weekly maintenance contract, chemicals are included in the price. For bi-weekly, monthly, one time, or green to clean visits, the chemicals are not included in the price. We test pool and spa water in the store, repair cleaners made by Polaris, Hayward, Kreepy, and Pentair, repair pool and spa pump in the store. Our service area extends west to Gainesville, south to Van Alstyne and Celina, north to Coalgate, and east to Honey Grove.   • Make sure anyone who uses the hot tub rinses themselves and their swimsuits off, perhaps in an outdoor shower near the hot tub. 

  • Don’t add anything to your hot tub’s water. Bath oils and bubble bath liquids might seem like a fun addition to your hot tub experience, but these substances will turn the water in your tub foamy and its surfaces hard to clean. 

  • Restrict eating in the tub to light snacks that you can easily clean out if there’s any spillage. Crumbs from crackers and chips can be difficult to pick up. 

  • Make it a no-pet zone. Pet fur and dander can pose a cleaning issue, but it’s also not a great idea for your pet’s health and safety. 

Vinegar can be used as an all-purpose cleaner for many things, including hot tub filters. Soaking hot tub filters in vinegar and water for up to 24 hours can remove dirt and oil, and as a bonus, it won’t cause the water to foam after you reinstall it if there’s vinegar left on it. But make sure you still rinse it to remove any debris, dirt, or grime stuck on it.

You should put chlorine in your hot tub on a regular basis. To keep bacteria away, keep the chlorine level in your hot tub at between 3-5 mg/l, which may mean you need to add chlorine daily or at least every two to three days. Don’t add chlorine to your hot tub water more than once per day.
