They wont even come out and look at the issue the new ladder they gave me created. They would never come out after the pool was installed and should have checked the ladder you could see it was improperly put together. Now the liner is ruined and they want 700 for a new liner and 2000 to put it in. Wow is all I can say.

Since they are the only company in town I have nothing to compare them to. I will say that all the employees are very nice and helpful.
I don't always get service when I call, but then if they are the only company then all the customers are in the same boat.
I do wonder tho why it costs so much for the service. To open or close the pool is 30 min..maybe 45" the cost is $150 and up. Somehow I think that's because again, they are the only company and can charge what they want. Overall, I'm satisfied with their service, I just think its overpriced
