"Installers were excellent. Salesman was knowledgeable. Problem was they did not communicate. The first day the installers tore out my vanity as well saying they had instructions to replace it. On the second day, the salesman called me and said whoops, you can either fix that yourself or we can install a new one for 7,000 more than we agreed I was at work so said I could not make a decision then. The installers told my wife that day that they were told I said I would fix it myself. I never said that. The company called to check if I was satisfied afterwards and I told them this. They said they would open a ticket but no one ever followed up with me."

I will add, the day they did our 8 piers, as they were finishing up it started down pouring rain. 2 days later i went out to look at the back pier locations and each hole was sunk in about 5 inches. I texted my contact "Chase" and he stated they would be back out to fix that. I then checked the sprinkler system as when they were doing the back piers they had cut the zone control line in half. Only 2 of my zones out of 7 work. So i texted Chase right after the first text about the holes and asked that when they come back out to relocate the line so as i can repair it. That was on Nov 12, 2022, 2 days after the pier job. Today is April 13, 2023 and i have yet to hear back from anyone and no one has come to my house."
