"It went okay. I was not all that impressed with him. I wanted him to come out and do some stuff on some baseboards in the house but he was not able to do that. He ended up working on some other things but I forgot what they were. I will never use them again. He said he would give me a quote on a backdoor but he never followed up."

Jake was effective in working with us and our insurance company in helping us understand the process, from the initial visit by the claims adjustor, all the way through the final roofing install. The roofing crew were very professional and efficient. They replaced an area of bad decking, kept a clean job site and finished in just 2 days. As an additional item, we elected to have them install solar power roof vents, which will help keep our attic cooler in the hot Oklahoma summers. "He is very good. He knew just what I wanted. We just bought this house and I cannot get my wheelchair into the bathroom. Just by rearranging the room and replacing the tub with a shower I can just roll my chair into the shower. After this project we will hire him to make a back porch with a ramp to take my wheelchair in and out of the house. He is the nicest man. Reminds me so much of my mother's uncle Earnie. I adored my uncle also. He did the same kind of work too. My uncle has been gone for over 20 yrs. I will submit more when the job is done. Thank you so much for sending him to us."
