We are a professional window cleaning company that serves Pontotoc County and surrounding areas. We have been in the professional window cleaning business for 7 years. Windows aren't the only thing we clean though. We clean screens, window tracks, blinds, fans, solar panels and gutters too! The advantage to hiring us over the larger companies is, we make time for each customer. Our goal is to give each customer results they can brag about, without breaking the bank.

All checks and money orders must be made payable to Joshua Fugate. Billing procedures: On contracts amounting to $400 or more require a down payment of cost of material and 50% of labor costs.

"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"
