"Terrible. He did a low ball appraisal and spent less than 15 minutes in the house. He didn’t use any of the comps in the neighborhood and didn’t try to fix it when the bank accepted our reappraisal request. He screwed us out of deal, but then the next appraiser came out and did what they were supposed to and got us 40k more than this guy. Don’t use him ever"
