Owned & operated solely by Greg Appleby. 44 years experience. Challenging, difficult & unusual requests are a specialty. Lots of TLC for my customers. Many times have solved problems over the phone. I have a large number of DirecTV customers who won't have anyone else work on their system. DirecTV even sends their customers to me if they can't make it quickly, although I'm not a DirecTV dealer! I sell & install Free-To-Air satellite systems (FTA) for those interested in foreign or specialty programs. I set-up local off-air HD antennas in attics or on roofs. My service call trip is usually between $30-50 in the Oklahoma City Metro, and $60/hr. afterwards, plus materials. I'll travel just about anywhere in the state if my client will cover mileage. I accept all major credit cards, personal checks, and I still take cash! I have been mounting TV's on walls and fireplaces for many years now, and have a 4.5+ job reviews. "Worst customer service ever! I have been a Cox customer for nearly 25 years. I called to upgrade internet speed. The first customer service rep gave me a ridiculously high quote. When I expressed my thoughts about the price and asked if there was anything he could do to lower price, his response was to breath loudly into the phone and say "Oh Lord!" I called back and got a second rep who tried to help but the call was dropped. He did call me back and again gave me a quote that would increase my bill by $60 to upgrade my internet one level. He transferred me to the Loyalty Team who offered to find a lower rate but the call was dropped again and no one called me back! I am sad to say but after 25 years of loyal customer service, I think I may have finally reached a point where I will have to go to another provider. AT&T's price for the same service with upgraded internet is about $30 cheaper than my current rate. I hate to get locked into a contract but my neighbors have AT&T and love it. Cox doesn't seem to care about its' customers one way or another. I did call back a final time and asked about disconnecting service and the Cox representative told me to just call when I was ready to disconnect. There was no attempt made to keep me as a customer and no inquiry as to why I was terminating service. Love the Cox TV and Internet. Hate the Customer Service."
